    Job Title:                   BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT EXECUTIVE

    Job Summary:        Business Development for the SVC – Recruitment, Training and H&S.  Meet Company targets and objectives.  Act in accordance with the SVC Mission Statement at all times

    Main Duties and Responsibilities:

    NEW BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

    • To increase Revenue by achieving New Business for SVC, including Recruitment, Training, and Health & Safety opportunities.
    • To achieve monthly targets and KPI’s

    INTERNAL PROCESSES AND SYSTEMS

    • Review and update information on CRM.

    EVENTS CO-ORDINATION/NETWORK SOURCING

    • Research, make contacts and source Networking Events, Job Fairs, B2B Exhibitions etc.
    • Research events for New Business areas
    • Summarise Return on Investment for Management before gaining agreement to enter any Events or expenditure of any monies relating to management of this area.

    REQUIREMENTS OF THE ROLE

    • Analyse market trends and customer needs to identify new business development opportunities.
    • Keep regular contacts with past, existing and new clients to explore new opportunities.
    • Build and establish strong relationship with customers.
    • Coordinate with marketing corporate team to develop sales strategies to improve company’s marketing and sales performance.
    • Develop dynamic business presentations and proposals for clients and internal communications.
    • Inform potential clients about company’s new products and price development details on regular basis.
    • Participate in industry and sales meetings to provide recommendations and inputs on business strategies.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of business plan, sales strategy and public relations strategy in order to analyse and provide necessary recommendations.
    • Attend trade shows, industry associations, job fairs to improve company’s visibility.

    Any other tasks in addition to those listed above to meet the needs of the Company’s business.

    Package: Basic from £26k to £35k DOE, plus commission OTE £70k, uncapped commission.
