Client Account Manager
- Salary: Up to £40,000 p.a. (dependent on experience)
- Hours: 8am – 5pm
- Contract: Permanent
- Location: Near Bishop’s Stortford (office based). Due to location, own transport is required
- Reporting to: Head of Client Account Management

About the role
This is a senior delivery role responsible for managing the company’s most strategically important client relationships, supporting the ongoing development of the team and ensuring high standards of client account delivery across a wide portfolio.
Responsibilities:
- Flagship client relationship management.
- Escalation and quality. Act as senior escalation point for complex client issues and ensure consistent application of processes, service standards and regulatory requirements.
- Service delivery excellence. Work closely with other departments including procurement, billing, customer care and operations.
Requirements:
- Essential is a strong background in account management or client relationship management within heat networks, energy procurement, utilities or metering and billings.
- Experience improving processes and building structured workflows.
- Experience handling escalations, negotiations and high value clients.
