CNC Turner
Location: Thetford
Salary: £15.00 – £17.00 per hour
Hours: 38.5 hours per week + regular overtime available

We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing manufacturing company that is looking to add an experienced CNC Machinist to their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a highly skilled machinist who is confident both on the machines and in supporting or training others within a busy workshop environment.

Our client is ideally looking for someone with strong CNC machining experience, preferably with HAAS machines, who can play a key role within the team by helping to develop and guide colleagues while maintaining high production and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities for this CNC Turner role

• Setting and operating CNC machines to produce precision components
• Working with a range of materials including metals and plastics
• Ensuring all components meet required quality and specification standards
• Supporting and training other team members within the workshop
• Maintaining a safe, organised and efficient working environment
• Contributing to continuous improvement within production processes

• Proven experience as a CNC Machinist
• Ideally experienced with HAAS machines
• Strong technical machining ability
• Comfortable supporting, mentoring or training colleagues
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable team player with a proactive approach
