Role : Experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical bias)

Mobile within the M25 area

Full time perm Monday to Friday 8 a.m. 5 p.m. with 1 in 7 on call rota

Salary : up to £48K plus vehicle, plus overtime

Our client is a leading provider of building services who take pride in delivering high-quality, reliable services and their engineering team is at the heart of this commitment.

They are looking for an experienced Mobile Building Services Engineer (Electrical Bias) to join a team of building services engineers supporting a wide range of commercial and residential sites within the M25. The ideal candidate will have solid electrical maintenance with additional mechanical or HVAC skills.

The role is mobile within the M25 area, so candidates must be based within approximately 1.5 hours of London and comfortable commuting daily. Hours are 8am–5pm, with participation in a 1-in-7 on-call rota. There’s no paid travel time, so proximity and reliability are key.

We’re after someone dependable and professional, with a strong, stable work history and proven experience in fault finding, inspection, testing, and compliance (EICR, PAT, etc.), ideally holding 18th Edition and 2391 qualifications.
