Internal Business Development Manager – Ventilation Division
Location : Chelmsford
Salary : 35K-45K

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic Internal Business Development Manager to support growth within their Ventilation Division. This role focuses on lead generation, client relationship management, and supporting external Business Development Managers to convert opportunities into sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and research new clients, markets, and partnership opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Support external BDMs with proposals, terms, presentations, and follow-ups
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity
- Maintain accurate CRM data, forecasts, and performance reports
Skills & Experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Confident relationship builder with a customer-focused approach
- Analytical and organised, with good attention to detail
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience using CRM systems preferred
Additional Information
- Mainly office-based in Chelmsford
- Occasional travel may be required
- Hybrid working may be considered following training
- Commission structure to be discussed
