The Role

My client is seeking a motivated and personable Lettings Lister to join their growing team. This is a key role responsible for winning new lettings instructions, building strong landlord relationships, and ensuring properties are listed to the highest standard.

The successful candidate will be confident, proactive, and commercially minded, with a passion for property and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out rental valuations and market appraisals
• Win new lettings instructions and convert opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords and prospective clients
• Provide accurate rental advice based on local market knowledge
• Negotiate terms and secure new business
• Liaise closely with lettings and property management teams to ensure smooth onboarding
• Ensure properties are marketed effectively with high-quality listings
• Maintain accurate records on CRM systems
• Keep up to date with local market trends and competitor activity
• Deliver excellent customer service at all times

About You

• Previous experience in residential lettings or estate agency (preferred but not essential)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Confident, professional, and personable
• Target-driven with a proactive attitude
• Well organised with good time management skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (preferred)
