Office Administration Assistant
Salary between £10 and £12.21 per hour depending on level of experience
Location : South Woodham Ferrers
Monday to Friday – 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. (1 hour for lunch)
This role would suit someone early in their career who is looking to grow with a company.
Newly created role for an Administration Assistant to join an established family run business.
Main duty is to deliver excellent customer service on the phone and online, from initial enquiry through to after sales care.
Work in a team to achieve efficient operation of the Company, ensuring sales orders are raised in line with customer requirements and available stock. Contribute to the achievement of the Company’s business objectives and ensure consistent quality. Every activity must comply with the Company’s policies, processes and procedures.
- Develop and build relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Processing customer order requests effectively and efficiently.
- Perform general office duties, including answering phone calls, managing emails and maintaining files.
- Contribute to the review of available stock.
- Support with other operational admin duties as requested.
- Deliver excellent customer service to external and internal customers.
- Deal with customer complaints and enquiries to the satisfaction of both parties, escalating to a Manager when required.
- Supporting all operations and functions within the business, including the warehouse when needed, strictly adhering to health and safety requirements.
Must have excellent customer service skills and some previous admin experience.
Based in South Woodham Ferrers, ideally the client would like someone local to them.
Salary : £10-£12.21 per hour
