Pay: Fantastic per annum basic (DOE)

Hours: 830am – 530pm Mon-Fri

Due to location, own transport required. Opportunity for future hybrid working – 3 days office / 2 days home working

The Role:

We are growing our team and are looking for a talented Recruitment Consultant to join us. You will be great at business development and be focused on delivering an outstanding service. You will either have 2-3 years demonstrable experience in a generalist recruitment setting. Strong administrative and IT skills essential.

Job Summary:

• Achieve and exceed personal sales targets and objectives
• Contribute to achieving targeted sales and the organisational objectives of SVC Holdings Ltd and associated companies.
• Promote and sell all Services of the Business to Clients – HR, Health and Safety, Training and Recruitment
• Deliver the highest level of customer service to external customers – clients and candidates, and internal customers at all times
• Place candidates into permanent job opportunities and/or temporary assignments
• Role will include business development and on site client visits.
