Our client is a leading organisation in data-driven and compliant heat network management, helping managing agents, freeholders, developers, and local authorities operate their networks transparently, responsibly, and with confidence.

    Their work ensures:

    1. Residents receive fair, clear, and reliable billing.
    2. Clients remain compliant and protected.
    3. Heat networks perform better, cost less to run, and last longer.

Their values guide everything they do:

    1. They take responsibility.
    2. They succeed together.
    3. They put people first.
    4. They’re always improving.

Their goal is to become the UK’s leading data-driven heat network management partner, setting the standard for innovation, compliance, and care.

    The Opportunity

Our client is seeking a Sales Executive to join their growing team and help build long-term partnerships with managing agents, freeholders, and local authorities.

This is not a hard-selling role — it’s focused on trust, clarity, and lasting value.

    You will:

    1. Understand each client’s network and challenges.
    2. Demonstrate how the company’s services enhance compliance and resident satisfaction.
    3. Guide clients through the Proven Process: Discovery → Design → Deliver → Develop.
    4. Make a real impact on residents, sustainability, and the wider heat network sector.

    Key Responsibilities

    1. Identify and develop new business opportunities across managing agents, freeholders, investors, and local authorities.
    2. Build strong, long-term relationships grounded in understanding and shared values.
    3. Manage the full sales cycle — from lead qualification to onboarding.
    4. Maintain accurate CRM records and provide clear pipeline visibility.
    5. Collaborate with Technical, Operations, and Client Services teams to ensure a seamless client handover.
    6. Stay informed about industry developments, regulations, and best practices.
    7. Represent the company professionally at meetings, workshops, and industry events.
    8. Support administrative tasks such as preparing proposals, drafting contracts, scheduling meetings, and supporting tenders.

    About You

You are motivated by meaningful work and by building relationships that last.
You’re proactive, curious, and commercially aware — and you care about doing things properly.

    You’ll bring:

    1. B2B sales experience (property, housing management, energy, compliance, or built environment preferred).
    2. Strong communication skills with the ability to make complex topics clear.
    3. Confidence in managing your own pipeline and achieving growth targets.
    4. A people-first mindset — you listen, understand, and help clients make informed decisions.
    5. A collaborative approach — you work with others to succeed.
    6. Full UK driving licence (occasional travel to client sites/events required).
