Monday to Friday 40 hour week

Exciting new opportunity to join a successful organisation with a facility in Hadleigh. Main purpose of role is to act as a Secretary/Personal Assistant to the Managing Director and members of the executive committee.

Main tasks/duties of the role:

– Managing the diaries and agendas across business units for the Managing Director

– Arrange all necessary travel and accommodation for the Director and members of the Ex Co.

– Arrange the necessary meetings, ensure agenda items collated and sent prior to meetings

– Minute taking

– Create, maintain and update on projects

– Prepare all relevant information for meetings and requests made by Director

– Arrange Company Events, seminars and presentations

– Maintaining records of expenses

– Order office consumables and manage facility equipment, maintenance and repairs

– The ability to handle information professionally and confidentially, with the upmost discretion

Skills and Knowledge:

Working within Office 365 applications, as well as other company systems

– Proven experience working in a similar role

– Project administration skills

– Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

– Strong Excel

Salary : £35-40k
