The Role

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Negotiator to join our high-performing Colchester-based team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated individual with a passion for property and a proven track record in sales to take the next step in their career.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of residential properties
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
• Conduct valuations
• Negotiate sales and manage transactions from instruction to completion
• Deliver exceptional customer service and uphold the company brand

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in residential property sales
• Proven success in achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Strong local market knowledge
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Professional, driven, and client-focused
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
