£32,000 – £36,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE £60,000+)

Due to growth, we’re looking for an experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our successful team and take ownership of your desk with huge potential.

The Role

You’ll manage the full recruitment cycle — developing new business, nurturing existing clients, sourcing great candidates and delivering a brilliant service every time.

What you’ll be doing:

• Managing a 360 desk (perms)
• Building and developing client relationships
• Writing adverts, sourcing, interviewing & shortlisting
• Managing interviews, offers and onboarding
• Growing your patch and generating new business
• Becoming a trusted advisor for clients & candidates

About You

• 3+ years’ 360 recruitment experience
• Proven billing history + strong BD skills
• Relationship-driven and credible
• Resilient, proactive and motivated by results
• Able to prioritise and manage multiple roles
• Confident working independently & within a team
