Site Maintenance/Handy Person

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour

Location: Halstead

Full Time, 40 hours per week + Overtime available

Basic Working Hours: 7.30am – 16.00. Flexibility required.

Our client is looking to recruit an enthusiastic individual with excellent self-motivation and an excellent background in site facilitation. The role entails the preventative and reactive maintenance issues on their large site.

The role is wide and varied and will cover a broad spectrum of skill sets across the site internally and externally.

Responsibilities of the site facilitator.

• Painting
• Plumbing
• Carpentry
• Basic electrics
• Landscaping
• Mechanical repairs

Requirements for the site facilitator.

• A clean driving license is essential due to location and the need to travel between tasks and locations.
• A basic tool set is a requirement.
• Strong organisational skills
• Ability to work independently.
• Experience with MEWPS and Forklifts would be an advantage.

The candidate must be flexible and willing to work a variant of hours.
