Water Hygiene Engineer

• Salary: £24000-£29000 depending on experience
• Location: Covering the East Anglian region
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 40 hour week
• Trainee level or experience level considered
• Must have experience of a mobile/on the road role
• Vehicle, fuel card and tools provided

Our client, one of the leading water treatment companies in the UK, who have been offering industrial and commercial water treatment services for over 30 years, are seeking either a Trainee Water Hygiene Engineer or an experienced Engineer. This is a mobile role covering the East Anglian region looking after clients from a variety of industries include food and beverage manufacturing, healthcare, industrial, commercial, etc.

Your role and responsibilities:

● Cleaning and disinfection of showers

● Checking and cleaning water tanks and systems

● Carrying out TMV checks and maintenance

● Water sampling

● Legionella testing

● Delivery of quality customer service to a variety of clients

Your skills and experience:

Essential:

● Previous experience in a trade and / or customer facing role

● Passion and dedication to develop your career within water hygiene

● Strong verbal communication skills, with ability to build customer relationships

● The ability to work as part of a team, as well as on their own

● The ability to use IT equipment such as and iPad and Mobile Phone

● Excellent time-keeping

● Full UK driving licence

Desirable:

● Experience working on water systems in buildings or with water qualifications
