Meeting Today's Professional and Business Needs
Over the years, we have consistently heard similar concerns from CEO's, Managing Directors, and Business Owners about the help they need and the challenges they face.
However, currently, some business leaders stand apart from others. Why? It's because they are taking action and getting help with their issues to move forward.
Current Issues.
Why is Business Coaching Important?
At times, we all need help in our personal development and business development, and there is no shame in this. The most successful entrepreneurs and business people have a coach.

Albert Einstein

"The problems we have created cannot be solved with the same level of thinking on which they were created.”
We can become too close to what we are doing, and an experienced business coach can provide a valuable helping hand.
It is you that drives the business, and when the company is you, it takes on your:
There may be other people helping you in your business, but they will mainly perform according to your preferences. Thus, how your business reacts to a challenge is how you deal with it.
It's About You First
You want to develop the business. But as its leader and owner, you need personal development first. In our experience both as experienced Business Coaches and Managing Directors & Business Owners, personal development will make a massive and positive difference to you, your life, and your business. Personal development works for us, and it works for our clients too.
It is Lonely at The Top
It can, at times, be tough being a Managing Director & Business Owner. All eyes are on you and when it comes to making tough decisions. It can be a lonely place to be.
Frequently Covered Topics
Here are a few examples of the business issues that SVC Business Coaching are asked about.
Note: # refers to hidden issues. These are where business leaders were initially unsure how to express the problem.
Are You Feeling Overwhelmed?
When job or business challenges become more challenging than usual, you are likely to become stressed and overwhelmed. If you are feeling overwhelmed, it is no surprise. Overwhelm is one of the biggest things that holds us back.
When you are dealing with too many different things at once, it can feel like you're spinning several plates balanced on poles and having to keep them all turning.
Our approach will help you focus and prioritise and, importantly, make sure your effort is getting you to where you want to be.
It's the Hidden Cause That Matters
It can be hard to stand back and take a satellite view of your role or your business. And even harder to dive deep in and be objective about the issues.
We have found working with many CEOs, managing directors, business owners, and managers one common theme - being too close to problems to be objective. Dealing with the Effect of an issue can swallow up your time while the underlying Cause can go unnoticed. Over time these issues add up and compound.
Sadly, we see people so overwhelmed and caught up in their day to day routine, unable to see the underlying issues, who are heading in the wrong direction.
"The passion that fires us at SVC is in freeing our clients from this downward spiral into workable actionable breakthrough strategies and results."
Strategic and Tactical Goals

Having the right goals is essential but often forgotten. Look, you know as well as we do that some challenging situations remain unresolved.
Your SVC business coach will help you to your desired destination and ensure you have the correct road map and resources to get there!
Accountability
All too often, we allow ourselves too much room to become diverted and distracted by other things. A coach will remind you to take the right action when you need to and hold you accountable for doing what you need to do to achieve your goals.
“The knowledge and experience you will gain whilst working with your Business Coach will help you to grow in your own personal development as well as your business development.”

Who We Coach and How
We mainly coach CEOs, Managing Directors and Business Owners. If you are new to coaching, we will clarify the role many people associate a sports coach with the word 'coach'. So, to clarify a couple of points:
To clarify a couple of points:
- 1When business coaching, we do not teach skills (we have extensive training for this), but we will help you to improve.
- 2We do not give instruction, but we will help you by guiding you to find your way forward.
In Business Coaching, the focus is on developing the business (or company). In other words, the primary need is for business development. Subsequently, the responsibility for implementing transformational change will be yours.
Business coaching may also identify a skills gap or a leadership/management gap. Therefore, the suggested action here is a mix of business coaching, mentoring, and possibly training or specialist support such as human resources or health & safety consultancy.
How Business Coaching Works
Coaching works by helping you to improve:
